1. Studio Visits
Our atelier is open to clients by appointment, Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 and 18:00. Walk-in visits may be accommodated when staff availability permits. Please email or call ahead so we can prepare a calm, focused experience for you.
2. Plant Handling
We kindly ask visitors not to touch leaves or move display plants. Many of our specimens are rare, sensitive to oils on the skin, and arranged for specific light conditions. Our team is happy to bring any plant to you for closer inspection.
3. Photography
Personal photography is welcomed in our retail space. Commercial photography, filming, or content production requires prior written approval and may be subject to a location fee.
4. Children & Pets
Children are welcome under direct adult supervision. Service animals are always welcome; other well-behaved pets may be accommodated at the manager's discretion. Some plants in our care are toxic if ingested.
5. Custom Project Conduct
During on-site installations, we ask that the work area remain clear of foot traffic and that pets be secured elsewhere. We respect your space and ask the same in return — our team will leave every site as clean as we found it.
6. Care Guidelines
Each plant or installation is delivered with a tailored care card. Following these guidelines is essential to maintaining our 30-day replacement guarantee. Maintenance plan clients receive priority support.
7. Respectful Communication
We are a small studio and respond personally to every enquiry. We ask for the same courtesy in return, and reserve the right to decline service in cases of abusive conduct toward our team.
8. Sustainability
We encourage clients to return used vessels and outgrown plants for rehoming or repotting through our studio circular programme. Please ask us how to participate.
