1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Verdant Atelier website and the services provided by Verdant Atelier ("we", "us", "our"), based at 142 Triq il-Kbira, San Pawl il-Baħar, SPB 1023, Malta. By accessing our site or commissioning our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Verdant Atelier offers boutique indoor plant curation, custom biophilic installations, ongoing maintenance, and design consultancy. Each project is delivered under a separate written agreement detailing scope, schedule, and fees.
3. Quotations & Payment
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance payable on completion. All prices are in EUR and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Plant Care & Guarantees
Living plants are dynamic and respond to environmental conditions. We guarantee specimen replacement within 30 days of installation when our recommended care guidelines or maintenance plans are followed.
5. Cancellations
Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before installation will be refunded less a 10% administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, mood boards, and specifications produced by Verdant Atelier remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Photography of completed projects may be used in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by improper care after installation, environmental changes outside our control, or misuse of supplied plants and vessels.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
